Every day from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, we will do our best for your complete satisfaction. You can choose from the "A la carte" menu or the Buffet menu.

The restauarant as well as toilets have barrier free access.

Hotel Guests

Our guests will certainly appreciate our rich buffet type breakfast and the three–cours lunch and dinner (appetizer – main course – dessert). They have a choice between half-board or full-board.

Every Friday, our hotel holds a gala dinner where you will enjoy an array of world cuisine meals, or, in summer, you can join us for a grilling party on the garden terrace. If you are on diet or prefer certain type of cuisine, our cooks will do their best to meet your wishes.

How about an Appetizer?

Chopped mozzarella with grilled pear, rocket leaves and honey dressing.

Pieces of fresh pear are roasted and put on a plate. The pears are then topped with slices of mozzarella and gently bitter rocket leaves. Finally, it is sprinkled with honey dressing made of honey, Dijon mustard, lemon and orange juice.

Typical Main Course

Pork medallions baked with cheese and served with saffrony sauce and wild rice.

Crispy, saucy medallions of pork fillet baked with delicious cheese sauce made of whipped cream, yolk and cheese. Tastes great with wild rice and cream sauce with saffron. When combined with a bottle of Chardonay, it all makes for a unique culinary experience.

Delicious Dessert As a Sweet Surprise

Crêpe filled with plums, sprinkled with poppy seeds and topped with whipped cream.

A delicious pastry prepared according to a traditional Moravian recipe. A thin golden fried omelette is stuffed with milled poppy and warm plums. This omelette topped with fresh whipped cream is the sweet finale of this special dining occasion.
